Refund & Delivery Policy
Last Updated: February 2026
This policy outlines the delivery and refund standards for digital goods, software, and SaaS subscriptions provided by AxioMatiks.
1. Delivery of Digital Goods & Services
All software products and services offered by AxioMatiks are delivered digitally. We do not ship physical media or hardware.
- Queue Now (free download): Queue Now is free. After you submit the optional download form, you receive an immediate download link. No payment is required.
- SaaS Subscriptions (e.g., GDSWRENCH): Upon successful payment and account creation, your account will be instantly provisioned with the purchased credits or subscription tier, allowing immediate access to the platform.
2. Refund Policy
Because we offer digital goods that can be downloaded instantly, and backend platforms that incur computational costs, our refund policies are as follows:
- 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: For initial software licenses and new subscription plans, we offer a 14-day refund window. If the software does not meet your expectations or does not function as described in your environment, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date.
- Usage Limits for Refunds: For credit-based or metered products (like GDSWRENCH), the 14-day refund policy is only valid if you have utilized less than 10% of your allocated credits. If substantial processing has occurred, refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case, prorated basis.
- Renewals: Refunds are not automatically provided for recurring subscription renewals. You are responsible for canceling your subscription prior to the billing date if you no longer wish to use the service.
3. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at contact@axiomatiks.com from the email address associated with your purchase. Please include your order number and the reason for your refund request. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
