AxioSpace Terms of Service

Welcome to AxioSpace, a product operated by AxioMatiks ("AxioMatiks," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AxioSpace, including our mobile application, web experience, and related services.
By accessing or using AxioSpace, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. About AxioSpace
AxioSpace is a household and shared-space inventory platform designed to help users organize inventory, coordinate shared living spaces, manage reminders, and collaborate with trusted members.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use AxioSpace.
By using AxioSpace, you represent that:
- you are legally able to enter into these Terms
- the information you provide is accurate
- you will use the service in compliance with applicable law
If you are using AxioSpace on behalf of an organization, family group, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to do so.
3. Your Account
Some features require you to sign in through a supported authentication provider.
You are responsible for:
- maintaining the security of your account
- activities that occur under your account
- the people you choose to invite into shared spaces or event workflows
We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe your account is being used in a way that is unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful to the service or other users.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use AxioSpace for unlawful or deceptive purposes
- interfere with or disrupt the operation of the service
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
- misuse collaboration, invitation, or notification features for spam, harassment, or abuse
- upload or share content that infringes the rights of others
- reverse engineer or exploit the service beyond permitted use
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you create or upload in AxioSpace, including inventory entries, notes, names, and images.
You grant AxioMatiks a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, reproduce, and display that content only as necessary to operate, maintain, improve, and provide AxioSpace to you and your authorized collaborators.
You are responsible for the content you create, upload, or share through the service.
6. Shared Spaces and Invitations
AxioSpace includes collaboration features that allow users to invite others into shared spaces, events, and household workflows.
By using these features, you understand that:
- invited members may be able to view or modify shared data
- invite links should be treated as sensitive access links
- you are responsible for deciding who to invite
- AxioMatiks is not responsible for the actions of users you choose to collaborate with
7. Plans, Usage Limits, and Future Paid Features
AxioSpace may offer different access levels, including free usage tiers, manually granted launch access, and future paid plans.
We may define and enforce limits relating to:
- number of spaces
- number of active events
- number of collaborators
- other service-related usage thresholds
If paid plans are introduced, additional pricing and billing terms may apply.

9. Availability and Changes
AxioSpace is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We may update, improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
10. Data, Sync, and Reliability
AxioSpace is designed to be reliable, but no software or networked system can guarantee perfect uptime or perfect synchronization.
You understand that:
- sync and collaboration features may depend on third-party infrastructure
- outages, delays, or technical failures may occur
- device, network, platform, or service-provider issues may affect your experience
You remain responsible for using appropriate care when relying on shared or time-sensitive information.
11. Termination
You may stop using AxioSpace at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access if:
- you violate these Terms
- we are required to do so by law
- your use of the service creates risk or harm for AxioMatiks, other users, or the service itself
Termination does not affect provisions that by their nature should survive, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limitations, and related legal protections.
12. Intellectual Property
AxioSpace, including its software, design, branding, text, graphics, and service elements, is owned by or licensed to AxioMatiks and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works from AxioSpace.
13. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AxioSpace is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the service will meet your requirements or operate without interruption or error.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AxioMatiks and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of AxioSpace.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to AxioSpace will not exceed the greater of:
- the amount you paid us, if any, for the service in the 12 months before the claim, or
- USD $50
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AxioMatiks and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and partners from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:
- your use of AxioSpace
- your content
- your violation of these Terms
- your violation of applicable law or the rights of another person
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date.
Your continued use of AxioSpace after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AxioMatiks operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
