In your request, include:
- the Google account email address associated with your AxioSpace account
- a short statement confirming that you want your account deleted
What We Delete
When we process a valid deletion request, we will delete or de-identify your AxioSpace account data as reasonably practicable, including:
- your account profile information associated with AxioSpace
- your personal app usage data associated with your account
- your owned spaces, items, and event records where applicable
- other personal data stored for operation of the AxioSpace service
What May Be Retained
Some limited information may be retained where necessary for:
- legal compliance
- fraud prevention or abuse prevention
- dispute resolution
- security and system integrity
- backup or short-term operational retention windows
If data has been shared into collaborative spaces or events, some records may persist where necessary to preserve the integrity of shared data for other users, subject to applicable law and operational necessity.
Timing
